If you are booking as a couple, please fill in one form per person and mention in the Comments field the name of your partner. Personal details such as passport etc. are needed to book hotels, but will not be shared with anyone outside of what is necessary for booking.

After submitting your registration we will contact you for your deposit payment which will finalise your booking. By booking you agree to the disclaimer and T&Cs.

If sharing with someone select 'Shared' and indicate the name of the person sharing with you in the comments field below (or write 'to be paired' if you don't have someone to share with).

If you need us to book extra nights at our Buenos Aires hotel at the start or end of the trip: please specify which dates. Additional cost applies.
Enter the date/time/flight number/airport name of (1) the arrival flight at the beginning of the trip and (2) the departure flight at the end of the trip.

1. Please inform us about your flight details as soon as you have purchased them.

2. Please note that your booking is validated and your space is secured upon the reception of the non ref. deposit (we will contact you with details when we receive your form).

Price will depend on when you book your package – the earlier, the cheaper. Please refer to our Prices & what’s included page for details. Also note you can book the studio flat for individual occupancy (extra cost applies).

To book your package, simply fill in the form above to get in touch. We will then contact you to collect basic information (name, travel dates, single or double occupancy, etc). We will include payment details for the payment of your deposit.

If you can, the best time would be to arrive on Saturday in the morning or the afternoon (refer to our How to get there page for airlines etc). Try arriving not too late, as we have organised a Welcome dinner at a peña (folklore restaurant) in the evening. Most participants will leave on the Thursday. You are welcome to arrive on an earlier date or leave at a later date – just let us know when and we will arrange the accommodation for you.

We will send you a receipt of your deposit payment; the remainder is due by June 1st.

About one month before departure, we will send you a Quick Guide and travel info pack, with information about Buenos Aires, about the flat and its surroundings, a map of Buenos Aires tube, our exact schedule, important addresses, and so on. We recommend you print your pack before you leave London.

We will then contact everyone of you before the trip, for last minute preparations, answering to your questions, and getting ready for your holidays. You can be sure you will have an amazing time and unforgettable experience in the world capital of tango!
